Adorable Bunny Tail Cake Pops made with crumbled cake and frosting, shaped into bunny tails and dipped in white chocolate. Perfect for Easter or spring-themed parties.

- 1 box of white cake mix (plus ingredients needed to prepare it)
- 1/2 cup vanilla frosting
- 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- Mini marshmallows (for bunny tails)
- Cake pop sticks
Instructions
- Bake the cake according to the package instructions and let it cool completely.
- Crumb the cooled cake into a large bowl.
- Mix in the vanilla frosting until the mixture holds together like dough.
- Shape into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip the tip of each cake pop stick into the melted chocolate and insert into each cake ball.
- Dip the entire cake pop into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Immediately sprinkle with shredded coconut to resemble fur.
- Press a mini marshmallow onto each cake pop to create the bunny tail.
- Let them set upright in a styrofoam block or cake pop stand until the coating is firm.
Notes
- You can use homemade cake and frosting if preferred.
- Chilling the cake balls before dipping prevents them from falling apart.
- Use food coloring to tint the coconut for a playful touch.
