These Buffalo Wings are crispy, spicy, and perfect for game day or any gathering. Baked to perfection and tossed in a classic buffalo sauce, they are sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
For the Wings:
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (aluminum-free)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
For the Sauce:
- ⅔ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
For Serving:

- blue cheese or ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with a wire rack.
- Prepare wings: Pat the chicken wings dry and toss with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Bake for 45–50 minutes until crispy.
- Make sauce: Combine hot sauce, melted butter, and vinegar in a saucepan over low heat until warm.
- Toss wings: Coat baked wings with buffalo sauce and serve with celery sticks and dressing.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, refrigerate uncovered before baking.
- To add spice, include a pinch of cayenne in the sauce.
