Description

These Buffalo Wings are crispy, spicy, and perfect for game day or any gathering. Baked to perfection and tossed in a classic buffalo sauce, they are sure to be a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

For the Wings:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (aluminum-free)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

For the Sauce:

  • ⅔ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

For Serving:

  • celery sticks
  • blue cheese or ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with a wire rack.
  2. Prepare wings: Pat the chicken wings dry and toss with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Bake for 45–50 minutes until crispy.
  3. Make sauce: Combine hot sauce, melted butter, and vinegar in a saucepan over low heat until warm.
  4. Toss wings: Coat baked wings with buffalo sauce and serve with celery sticks and dressing.
