Ingredients
Filling
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional)
Dough and Topping
- 1 (16-ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent dough sheet
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and facilitate easy cleanup.
- Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch or blue cheese dressing if using, ensuring a consistent and creamy mixture.
- Prepare Dough: Unroll the refrigerated dough onto a flat surface and cut it into 12 equal squares or rectangles for even-sized rolls.
- Fill Rolls: Place about 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough square. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch tightly to seal the dough, forming a stuffed ball shape.
- Arrange & Season: Place each stuffed roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with garlic powder for added flavor.
- Bake Rolls: Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until the rolls turn a beautiful golden brown.
- Garnish & Serve: Remove from oven, optionally garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve warm with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
