Description

A dreamy, candy-pink fudge with nostalgic bubblegum flavor, fluffy marshmallows, and a colorful confetti sprinkle topping. Perfect for parties or a sweet personal treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp bubble-gum flavoring
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • White food gel (optional)
  • Pink food gel (optional)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup confetti rainbow sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9-inch baking tin with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate, condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 40-second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Stir in bubble-gum flavoring and vanilla extract. If using food gel, divide the mixture and tint separately with white and pink, then gently swirl together.
  4. Gently fold in mini marshmallows.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared tin. Smooth the top and sprinkle with confetti rainbow sprinkles.
  6. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set. Lift out, cut into 16 squares, and serve.
