Ingredients
Brownies:
- 1 batch brownies (homemade or 1 box mix, baked and cooled)
Chocolate Pudding Layer:
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
Whipped Topping Layer:
- 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
Additional Toppings:
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Brownies: Bake brownies according to package or recipe instructions and allow to cool completely.
- Make Chocolate Pudding: In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Assemble Layers: In a 9×9-inch dish, layer half of the brownie pieces, then spread half of the chocolate pudding over the brownies, followed by a layer of whipped topping. Repeat with remaining brownie, pudding, and whipped topping layers.
