Description

Ingredients

Brownies:

  • 1 batch brownies (homemade or 1 box mix, baked and cooled)

Chocolate Pudding Layer:

  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk

Whipped Topping Layer:

  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed

Additional Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Brownies: Bake brownies according to package or recipe instructions and allow to cool completely.
  2. Make Chocolate Pudding: In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  3. Assemble Layers: In a 9×9-inch dish, layer half of the brownie pieces, then spread half of the chocolate pudding over the brownies, followed by a layer of whipped topping. Repeat with remaining brownie, pudding, and whipped topping layers.
  4. Add Toppings: Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or shavings on top and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
