Description

Ingredients

Brownie Base:

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as directed), or homemade brownie batter

Cheesecake Layer:

  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Optional Toppings:

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare brownie base: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan. Prepare the brownie batter and spread it in the pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
