Description

A quick, rich, and creamy no-bake dessert dip that tastes just like brownie batter, but safe to eat by the spoonful!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box brownie mix (about 18–20 oz)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Place the dry brownie mix in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals for a total of 2 minutes, stirring between each interval. Let cool completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy using an electric hand mixer.
  3. Add the cooled brownie mix and milk to the cream cheese. Beat until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Using a spatula, gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed. Optional: sprinkle extra chips on top.
  6. Serve immediately with your choice of dippers or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For a twist, swirl in peanut butter or add mint extract for variation.
  • Use gluten-free brownie mix for a gluten-free version.
  • Let cream cheese come to room temperature before beating for a smoother texture.
  • Do not freeze—texture may be compromised.
