Description
A quick, rich, and creamy no-bake dessert dip that tastes just like brownie batter, but safe to eat by the spoonful!
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 box brownie mix (about 18–20 oz)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Place the dry brownie mix in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals for a total of 2 minutes, stirring between each interval. Let cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy using an electric hand mixer.
- Add the cooled brownie mix and milk to the cream cheese. Beat until fully combined and smooth.
- Using a spatula, gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed. Optional: sprinkle extra chips on top.
- Serve immediately with your choice of dippers or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a twist, swirl in peanut butter or add mint extract for variation.
- Use gluten-free brownie mix for a gluten-free version.
- Let cream cheese come to room temperature before beating for a smoother texture.
- Do not freeze—texture may be compromised.
