Ingredients
Dip Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, heat-treated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk, more as needed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips, plus extra for garnish
Instructions
- Beat Cream Cheese and Butter: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter together until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no lumps.
- Add Dry Ingredients and Flavorings: Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, heat-treated flour, vanilla extract, milk, and salt to the bowl. Beat the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and the dip becomes fluffy.
- Mix in Chocolate Chips: Stir in the mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the dip. If the consistency is too thick, add additional milk 1 teaspoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
- Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with extra mini chocolate chips if desired. Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, strawberries, or vanilla wafers for dipping.

- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
