Description

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Wet Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, brown sugar, granulated sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine Batter: Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fill Muffin Cups: Divide batter evenly in muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
