Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Wet Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, brown sugar, granulated sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine Batter: Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Divide batter evenly in muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
