- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat your broiler and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of each lobster tail shell and gently pull the meat on top of the shell.

- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- To make it spicy, add cayenne pepper or hot sauce to the butter sauce.
- Top with grated Parmesan before broiling for a cheesy crust.
- For a citrus twist, add orange or lime zest along with the lemon juice.
- Use room-temperature butter for smoother blending into the sauce.
