Ingredients
Main Salad:
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped
- ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

- ½ cup sunflower seeds or chopped almonds
- ½ cup dried cranberries or raisins
Dressing:
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Main Salad: In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, bacon, cheddar cheese, red onion, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
- Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Notes
