- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 oz Brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 apple, thinly sliced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer Brie cheese, apple slices, and cranberry sauce.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
