Description

These Breakfast Sliders with Sausage, Egg, and Cheese are a delicious and satisfying way to start your day. Perfect for a weekend brunch or a make-ahead breakfast option, these sliders are packed with flavor and easy to customize.


Ingredients

Slider Buns:

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls

Scrambled Eggs:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Fillings:

  • 8 breakfast sausage patties (cooked and halved)
  • 6 slices cheddar or American cheese

Butter Mixture:

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the buns: Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
  3. Scramble eggs: Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble eggs until set.
  4. Assemble sliders: Layer eggs, sausage, and cheese on buns. Top with remaining buns.
  5. Brush with butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over buns.
  6. Bake: Cover with foil, bake for 10 mins, then uncover and bake for 5-7 mins until golden.
  7. Serve: Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
