Ingredients
Slider Buns:
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
Scrambled Eggs:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
Fillings:
- 8 breakfast sausage patties (cooked and halved)
- 6 slices cheddar or American cheese
Butter Mixture:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the buns: Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
- Scramble eggs: Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble eggs until set.
- Assemble sliders: Layer eggs, sausage, and cheese on buns. Top with remaining buns.
- Brush with butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over buns.
- Bake: Cover with foil, bake for 10 mins, then uncover and bake for 5-7 mins until golden.
- Serve: Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
