Description

These Breakfast Sliders are the perfect grab-and-go meal. With fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, and gooey cheese sandwiched between soft Hawaiian rolls, they’re a delicious way to start your day.

Ingredients

For the sliders:

  • 12 slider rolls or Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 6 slices cooked bacon or breakfast sausage patties
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese

For the topping:

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the rolls: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  3. Scramble the eggs: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble the eggs in butter until just set.
  4. Assemble the sliders: Layer the eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheddar cheese on the rolls. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
  5. Add topping: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over the rolls.
  6. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve: Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Customize with sautéed veggies, different cheeses, or meatless alternatives.
  • Great for meal prep—reheat leftovers in foil or microwave.
