Description

Ingredients

Biscuit Base:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters

Egg Mixture:

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage or crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced bell pepper
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • Nonstick spray for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Spread the biscuit pieces evenly across the bottom of the dish.
