Description

Indulge in the decadent and delightful flavors of a Boston Cream Pie in the form of creamy, layered fudge. This no-bake dessert combines the richness of white chocolate, the smoothness of vanilla pudding, and the lusciousness of chocolate ganache for a treat that will satisfy any sweet tooth.

Ingredients

For the vanilla fudge base:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the pastry cream layer:

  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

For the chocolate ganache topping:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vanilla fudge base: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan, then stir in vanilla extract. Pour into the dish and chill.
  2. Make the pastry cream layer: Mix instant pudding with milk until thickened. Add white chocolate chips, melt, and spread over the fudge base.
  3. Create the chocolate ganache topping: Heat cream until almost boiling, pour over chocolate chips, and stir until smooth. Spread over the fudge. Chill until set, then cut into squares.

Notes

  • Store fudge in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • For clean cuts, use a sharp knife dipped in hot water.
