Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

For the Sauce:

  • Buffalo: ½ cup hot sauce, ¼ cup melted butter
  • Honey Garlic: ¼ cup honey, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1 tablespoon cornstarch slurry
  • BBQ: ½ cup barbecue sauce, 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
