Description

This Boat Dip is a creamy and flavorful appetizer perfect for parties, barbecues, or any gathering. With a blend of diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and savory seasonings, this dip is sure to be a hit!


Ingredients

Dip:

  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles (drained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Serving:

  • tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained diced tomatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and black pepper.
  2. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
