Description

A vibrant, creamy smoothie bowl packed with wholesome oats, sweet-tart blueberries, and rich peanut butter—perfect for a nourishing breakfast or colorful snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • Toppings: fresh blueberries, banana slices, extra peanut butter, granola, chia seeds, edible flowers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. For extra-thick texture, use frozen banana and berries.
  2. Add oats, frozen blueberries, banana, peanut butter, and 1/2 cup milk to a high-powered blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and thick, scraping down as needed. Add a splash more milk if it’s too stiff.
  4. Taste and blend in honey/maple syrup if desired. Stir in chia seeds if using.
  5. Pour into a bowl. Swirl in peanut butter, then add toppings: fresh berries, banana slices, granola, chia seeds.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use fresh blueberries plus ice if frozen berries aren’t available.
  • Substitute sunflower seed butter for a nut-free option.
  • Prep base in advance; stir before serving.
  • Freeze leftover base in portions for later; thaw in fridge.
  • Boost protein with Greek yogurt or protein powder.
