- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in mix-ins: Fold in the white chocolate chips, dried blueberries, and macadamia nuts if using.

- Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Dried blueberries work best for consistent texture and sweetness.
- For extra blueberry flavor, you can add a few drops of blueberry extract or swap in freeze-dried blueberries.
