Description

Indulge in the heavenly flavors of white chocolate, dried blueberries, and macadamia nuts in these soft and chewy Blueberry Heaven Cookies.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in mix-ins: Fold in the white chocolate chips, dried blueberries, and macadamia nuts if using.
  6. Bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Dried blueberries work best for consistent texture and sweetness.
  • For extra blueberry flavor, you can add a few drops of blueberry extract or swap in freeze-dried blueberries.
  • These cookies freeze well—store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
