- pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- optional sweetener like 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine oats, banana, milk, egg, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
