Ingredients

  • pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • optional sweetener like 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine oats, banana, milk, egg, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
