Pears:

- Lemon juice for brushing
Filling:

- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice and Prep Pears: Slice the pears in half lengthwise, remove cores and some flesh. Brush with lemon juice.
- Prepare Filling: Mix blue cheese, nuts, and honey in a bowl.
- Stuff Pears: Fill the pear centers with the cheese mixture. Drizzle with honey, thyme, and pepper.
- Serve or Chill: Serve immediately or chill for a firmer texture.
