Ingredients
Pretzel Crust:
- 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Cream Cheese Layer:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
Blackberry Gelatin Layer:
- 1 package (6 oz) blackberry-flavored gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 1/2 cups fresh blackberries, halved or chopped if large
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare Pretzel Crust: Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
