Description

These Big Mac Wraps are a fun twist on the classic cheeseburger, featuring seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, lettuce, onion, and Thousand Island dressing all wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Quick to make and delicious to eat!

Ingredients

Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Wrap Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island or burger sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Prepare Wraps: Warm the flour tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Lay each tortilla flat and spoon cooked beef onto the center. Top with shredded cheddar, pickles, lettuce, diced onion, and a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing.
  3. Assemble: Fold the sides in and roll up the tortilla into a wrap. Optionally, sear the wrap in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side for added crispness.
  4. Serve: Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a low-carb version, use low-carb tortillas or wrap in lettuce leaves.
  • Add sliced tomatoes or extra cheese if desired.
