Ingredients
Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Wrap Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island or burger sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Prepare Wraps: Warm the flour tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Lay each tortilla flat and spoon cooked beef onto the center. Top with shredded cheddar, pickles, lettuce, diced onion, and a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing.
- Assemble: Fold the sides in and roll up the tortilla into a wrap. Optionally, sear the wrap in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side for added crispness.
- Serve: Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a low-carb version, use low-carb tortillas or wrap in lettuce leaves.
- Add sliced tomatoes or extra cheese if desired.
