Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans, line with parchment paper.
- Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, whisk dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients, mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
