Ingredients
Sweet Potatoes:
- 3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
Seasoning:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare sweet potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
