Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Mix the dough: Slowly add in the dry ingredients and mix just until incorporated. Gently fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips, if using.
- Bake: Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 11–13 minutes until golden.
