Ingredients
Main Cake:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

 - ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)

 - 1 cup milk
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
For the streusel topping:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
 - Mix the cake batter: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the softened butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
