- 1/2 cup beef broth or water
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 (15-ounce) can refried beans
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onions until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomato paste, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
