Description
A bold, savory wrap featuring seasoned ground beef, crispy fries, melty cheddar cheese, and optional toppings, all bundled in a warm tortilla for a comforting, crave-worthy meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey/chicken as alternative)
- 1 bag frozen fries
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional sauces: Ranch, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, or chipotle mayo
- Optional toppings: Lettuce or pickles
Instructions
- Bake or air fry frozen fries until crispy and golden.
- In a skillet, sauté chopped onion and garlic over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned, breaking it apart. Season with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for flavor.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them pliable.
- Assemble wraps: layer cheese on the tortilla, then beef, fries, optional toppings, and sauces.
- Wrap burrito-style. Optional: toast in a skillet 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted.
Notes
- Don’t overstuff wraps to prevent tearing.
- Cheese should be layered first to help it melt and bind the wrap.
- Make fries first to keep them hot and crispy during assembly.
- Toast wraps for a better texture and flavor.
