Description

A bold, savory wrap featuring seasoned ground beef, crispy fries, melty cheddar cheese, and optional toppings, all bundled in a warm tortilla for a comforting, crave-worthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey/chicken as alternative)
  • 1 bag frozen fries
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional sauces: Ranch, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, or chipotle mayo
  • Optional toppings: Lettuce or pickles

Instructions

  1. Bake or air fry frozen fries until crispy and golden.
  2. In a skillet, sauté chopped onion and garlic over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned, breaking it apart. Season with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for flavor.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them pliable.
  5. Assemble wraps: layer cheese on the tortilla, then beef, fries, optional toppings, and sauces.
  6. Wrap burrito-style. Optional: toast in a skillet 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted.

Notes

  • Don’t overstuff wraps to prevent tearing.
  • Cheese should be layered first to help it melt and bind the wrap.
  • Make fries first to keep them hot and crispy during assembly.
  • Toast wraps for a better texture and flavor.
