Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
Veggies:
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 small yellow onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Sauce and Seasonings:
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Additional:
- 3 cups cooked white or brown rice
- Optional toppings: sliced green onions, sesame seeds, sriracha
Instructions
- Heat oil and cook beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet, add ground beef, and cook until browned.
- Cook veggies: Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic, cook until tender-crisp.
