Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 6 tostada shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Sour cream or crema for topping (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Prepare BBQ chicken: Mix shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until coated.
