Ingredients
For the Bang Bang Chicken:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
For Assembly:
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Bang Bang Chicken: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice. Add shredded chicken, stir to coat.
- Toast the Buns: Lightly toast slider buns in a skillet with butter until golden.
- Assemble: Place bang bang chicken on bottom bun, top with coleslaw, green onions, sesame seeds, and top bun.
- Serve: Serve warm or at room temperature.
