Description

These Bang Bang Chicken Bowls are a delicious and easy meal featuring crispy chicken coated in a spicy mayo sauce, served over rice and fresh veggies.


Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For the Bowls:

  • 4 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions
