- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tin with liners or by greasing it.
- Blend Wet Ingredients: In a blender, mix bananas, spinach, egg, applesauce, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
