Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mash the banana until smooth. Add the oats, maple syrup, peanut butter, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well until fully combined. If desired, fold in chocolate chips or nuts.
- Microwave on high for 1 to 1 ½ minutes, or until the mixture is set and puffed up.
