Ingredients
For the dough:
- 3/4 cup whole milk (warm)
 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
 - 1 large egg
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
 
For the filling:
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
 
For the frosting:
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
 - 1 cup powdered sugar
 - 1–2 tablespoons milk
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Add butter, egg, salt, and flour. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
 - Make the Filling: Mix mashed bananas, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Roll out dough, spread filling, roll up, and slice into rolls.
 - Bake: Place rolls in a baking dish, let rise, then bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.
 - Prepare the Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter, add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Spread over warm rolls.
