Description

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 3/4 cup whole milk (warm)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

For the filling:

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

For the frosting:

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Add butter, egg, salt, and flour. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Make the Filling: Mix mashed bananas, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Roll out dough, spread filling, roll up, and slice into rolls.
