- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
- Prepare shrimp: Arrange the butterflied shrimp in a single layer in the dish, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Make stuffing: In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, melted butter, garlic, onion, and white wine (if using). Spoon mixture onto each shrimp.
- Bake: Bake uncovered for 18–20 minutes until shrimp are pink and topping is golden brown. Garnish with parsley before serving.

- For extra richness, dot the top with additional butter before baking.
