Rigatoni Pasta:

Small Onion (diced):

Italian Seasoning:

Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese:

Heavy Cream:

1/2 cup

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese:

1 cup

Grated Parmesan Cheese:

1/4 cup

Fresh Basil or Parsley (for garnish):

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook Rigatoni: Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Cook Sausage: Brown sausage in a skillet. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  4. Prepare Sauce: Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer, then add Boursin cheese and cream.
  5. Combine and Bake: Mix cooked rigatoni with sauce, transfer to baking dish, top with cheeses. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
  6. Serve: Garnish with basil or parsley and serve hot.
