 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
 - 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
 - 1 large egg
 - 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil or butter
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Additions:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
 - 1/3 cup sliced almonds (plus extra for topping)
 
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
 - Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
 - Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix milk, maple syrup, egg, melted oil, and vanilla. Pour into dry ingredients and stir.
 - Add Blueberries and Almonds: Gently fold in blueberries and almonds. Pour into dish, top with almonds, and bake for 35–40 minutes.
