Description

Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Honey Mustard Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the honey mustard sauce evenly over them, turning to coat all sides.
  4. Bake: Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve: Spoon some of the sauce from the pan over the chicken before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 1–2 hours before baking.
