Ingredients
Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Honey Mustard Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish:
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the honey mustard sauce evenly over them, turning to coat all sides.
