Potatoes

Seasoning Mix

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
- Prepare seasoning mixture: In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika thoroughly to create a flavorful coating for the potato wedges.
- Coat the potato wedges: Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss well until each wedge is evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Add Parmesan cheese: Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese into the bowl and toss again to distribute the cheese over the wedges.
- Arrange wedges for baking: Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, arranging them skin side down for optimal crispiness.
- Top with remaining Parmesan: Evenly sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the arranged wedges to enhance flavor and browning.
