Ingredients
Cream Cheese Mixture:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Cranberry Topping:
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish (optional)
- crackers, crostini, or bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish or pie plate.
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy. Spread in the baking dish.
- Combine cranberry sauce, orange zest, orange juice, honey, and cinnamon. Spoon over the cream cheese base.
- Top with chopped pecans if using. Bake for 15–18 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove from oven and cool slightly. Garnish with herbs if desired. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
