Description

Ingredients

Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Cranberry Topping:

  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish (optional)
  • crackers, crostini, or bread for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish or pie plate.
  2. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy. Spread in the baking dish.
  3. Combine cranberry sauce, orange zest, orange juice, honey, and cinnamon. Spoon over the cream cheese base.
  4. Top with chopped pecans if using. Bake for 15–18 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Garnish with herbs if desired. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
