Indulge in the creamy and flavorful goodness of this Baked Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip, a perfect holiday appetizer that combines the richness of cheeses with the tanginess of cranberry sauce. This warm and gooey dip is sure to be a hit at any gathering.

Ingredients

Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Topping:

  • 1 cup whole cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Serving:

  • crackers, baguette slices, or fresh vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. Mix Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Layer and Bake: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Spoon cranberry sauce over the top and spread gently to cover. Sprinkle with green onions and nuts. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly around the edges.
  4. Serve: Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with crackers, baguette slices, or vegetables.

Notes

  • You can use leftover holiday cranberry sauce for convenience.
  • For a savory twist, add crispy bacon bits on top.
  • To make it nut-free, simply omit the pecans or replace them with toasted pumpkin seeds.
