  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • fresh parsley or lemon wedges for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry and place them on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  3. Season Chicken: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.
