- 2 cups finely chopped fresh broccoli florets (lightly steamed)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare broccoli: Lightly steam the broccoli florets for 3–4 minutes until just tender, then finely chop and let cool.
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Form balls: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and form into balls. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden brown and firm. Let cool before serving.
