- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil or butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking dish: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, mash bananas, add egg, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
- Add dry ingredients: Incorporate oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Pour in milk and mix well.
