Description

Ingredients

Avocado Spread:

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Sandwich:

  • 4 slices sourdough or whole grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tomato, thinly sliced (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare Avocado Spread: In a small bowl, mash the avocado with garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
