Ingredients
For the Coleslaw:
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 large apple (such as Honeycrisp or Fuji), julienned or grated
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
For the Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, apple, and green onions. Mix well.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
