Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Wet Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Apple Mixture:
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Prepare apple mixture: In another bowl, toss the diced apples with lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a separate large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the apple mixture.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
